Pine Lake lies within the
borders of the Village of Chenequa, just north of Hwy. 16 and between
Hwy 83 and Hwy C. It is one of the most upscale lakes in the Lake
Country. Large estates and multi-million dollar homes grace its
beautiful tree-lined shorelines. Pine Lake is very clear and deep and
because of the large tracts of undeveloped areas, it is hard to believe
you are only 30 miles from Milwaukee.

maintains a very private feel although it does have public access. Pine
Lake, a 711 acre lake, is located in the "lake country" portion of
Waukesha County, It has a maximum depth of 85 feet. Mean depth of 39
feet and is a spring lake. There is a public access boat launch on the
north end of the lake off Hwy. K with 19 trailer parking spots and 4 car
only spots. There is a launch fee (except for residents) and is handicap accessible.
Fish in the lake include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye.
There
is a private island owned by Pine Lake Association. The island is
available if you join the yacht club for under $1000 annually. Joining
the yacht club also includeds 3 or 4 events per year and sailing club
membership.
In springtime it is not uncommon to see Loons on this very clear watered lake.
