"Education is when you read the fine print. Experience is what you get if you don't."


This may be a good time to remind you that we maintain a permanent file regarding your home purchase. It includes financial information such as closing statements, settlement charges, and real estate taxes.  When we do a real estate transaction that is binding upon the parties, we make it a point to read the fine print, closely.  And, we keep a copy on file.

This is very good news if you're one of those people who would rather go to the dentist than attempt to keep your financial files straight. On the other hand, it's probably only moderately interesting if you're someone who saves and files papers with ease.
