"Knowledge is power."

Do you know the #1 enemy of saws, drills, and power tools?

Surprise! It's sawdust. Experts tell us that the stuff accumulates inside the motor and in the motor vents. So, what's the fix? You get your choice. You can vacuum the stuff from the housing and vents every month or so. Or, use your air compressor or canned air (available at an office supply store) to clean things up. This knowledge can help keep the power in your power tools!

You know you're overdue for this maintenance when the tool you are using gets too hot to handle. If you get into a job that's over your head, call a professional.
Please remember that selling your home and moving is not a do-it-yourself project. Visit my web site at lisabear.remax.com for information on how to sell your home, current market values, or special neighborhood information. This is just one part of our RE/MAX Premier Customer Service.

So, if you, or a friend, are ever in a real estate situation that's too hot to handle, call me, and I'll handle all the details. My knowledge can give you the power to succeed!
